Once upon a time in Pennsylvania, there was a little dance club called Eons. And it started opening up on Sunday evenings for the under-21 crowd. At first, it was just a regular old teen dance night. But then in the mid-80s something magical happened -­ the freaks and weirdos took over, scaring away all the really boring people. Revelry and happiness ensued, well, as much happiness as teen angst would allow for. The patrons became notorious. Whispered tales of 'them Eons people' abounded. And though the club eventually faded into the mists of time, the legend is carried on by those who look back on those days and remember all the friends and fun and the really really stupid outfits we wore.
